Programs for gender sensitisation on college campuses and safety measures for women are suggested by the University Grants Commission (UGC). So, keeping this in mind the women's cell of Ratnapith College was created to help women to realize their full potential and establish their position in a competitive environment. The main aim is to develop women in all spheres of their lives. It also focuses on creating awareness of significant issues related to women. It offers a platform for debate and discussion on various topics, associated with a women-friendly environment and women's empowerment.
